Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with degree level and Specialist Practice Qualification (DN SPQ).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage three District Nursing teams in East Dorset.
• Provide clinical leadership to district nursing staff and MDTs.
• Act as a champion for clinical standards and continuous improvement in service user experience.
• Develop interfaces with Hub and Primary Care networks and attend relevant forums.
