This innovative organisation delivers expert care across a network of centres focused on supporting adults with complex needs, including those requiring non-invasive ventilation and tracheostomy care.
We're now inviting applications from passionate, NMC-registered nurses for an exciting, non-bedside opportunity as Clinical Referrals Manager — a pivotal role bridging clinical excellence with patient advocacy and service development.

As Clinical Referrals Manager, you’ll be the trusted clinical lead for assessing new referrals, ensuring each potential service user is appropriately evaluated and matched with the right level of care.

About You
You’re a compassionate, clinically skilled nurse ready to move beyond traditional shift patterns into a dynamic, people-facing role. You understand both patient needs and the broader commissioning landscape, and you're motivated by service quality and patient outcomes.
Please note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
Salary: Circa £55,000 DOE, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
Bonus: Share in Group EBITDA-linked bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Hybrid Working: Remote-based with regional travel
