Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester is seeking a clinical leader to support the Community Mental Health Team across the Bury CMHT. You will provide professional supervision, guidance on complex cases, and manage a small caseload as required.

You will build strong working relationships with Community Alcohol and Drugs teams, Primary Care Networks, and the third sector, ensure CPA documentation is maintained, participate in extended hours, and drive high-quality care for

Qualifications

• Registered professional with UK registration in Nursing/Social Work/OT.
• Post-registration training and experience to Masters level.
• Evidence of leading clinical teams and delivering service improvements.
• Experience with CPA documentation and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to CMHT staff.
• Advise on complex cases and support engagement with difficult-to-engage service users.
• Coordinate transfers, reviews, and discharges to other services or GP.
• Develop relationships with partner teams and third sector.
• Ensure high-quality clinical documentation and compliance.
