We are thrilled to introduce another brand-new position at PsychWorks Associates for a Clinical Lead and Registered Manager.

This pivotal position requires a dynamic and driven leader to help evidence that our psychologists and case managers are keeping our clients safe. Using knowledge about clinical excellence and compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the litigation context, you will shift the culture in the clinical teams towards achieving clinical outcomes while quality assuring the input being provided.

This is a hybrid role, primarily working from home, with monthly face-to-face compliance and hub team meetings in London, Reading, and other locations.

What We Need From You
  • Regulated health professional e.g. HCPC, NMC, SWE
  • Strong experience in case management and rehabilitation
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical and management roles
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance
  • Extensive experience with supervision, risk management, and service development
  • Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, and safeguarding procedures
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations, Health and Social Care Act 2008, and relevant legislation
  • Ability to implement and maintain policies in line with KLOEs and assessment frameworks
  • Experience in inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clinicians and staff
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to learn and a curious mindset
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, client management systems, and MS Teams/SharePoint
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva for social media support
  • Excellent presentation skills and external representation abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Desirable
  • Degree in relevant healthcare field or NVQ Level 5 or above
  • Experience as a Registered Manager
  • Experience leading CQC inspections

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year. Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, with flexible hours.
