Beaumont Care Homes Limited in Belfast is seeking a Clinical Lead (44 hours per week) to provide clinical leadership within our nursing home. The role requires a current NMC registration and a focus on delivering high-quality resident care.

You will lead the care team, develop care plans, manage medicines, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time opportunity with strong development prospects.

• Registered Nurse with live NMC PIN.
• Minimum two years post-registration experience.

• Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments with understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating modern technology.
• Oversee all aspects of medicines management on your shift in line with company policies and current legislation.
• Make decisions in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance and support to all team members using your clinical skills.
• Develop and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.

An experienced nurse ideally at a senior level, is required to provide leadership to the team.

About the role

As a Clinical Lead/Charge Nurse you will be:

• Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care

• Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks

• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology

• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation

• Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner

• Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members

• Making decisions and taking action in a timely manner

• Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
