Dorothy House is offering an internal opportunity for a Community Palliative Care Team (CPCT) Clinical Lead in Winsley, Wiltshire. This 34-hour per week role runs over five days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) with a fixed-term 6-month contract and a community-based location.
You will provide professional leadership, coaching, operational oversight, and maintain a limited clinical caseload while guiding workforce development and strategic service improvements.

WHY THIS ROLE?
We are delighted to offer this exciting internal opportunity for an experienced clinician to take the next step in their leadership journey as a Community Palliative Care Team (CPCT) Clinical Lead.
This is a key leadership role within our Community Palliative Care Service, combining clinical expertise with team leadership, service development and quality improvement. Working closely with the Community Matron and wider Care Services leadership team, you'll help shape the future of community palliative care while supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding care to people living with life-limiting illness and those important to them.
As a Clinical Lead, you'll provide professional leadership, coaching and operational oversight to a multidisciplinary community team, championing innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll continue to maintain a limited clinical caseload, whilst playing a pivotal role in workforce development, partnership working and the delivery of our strategic ambitions across community services.
