Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee the clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care for residents. You will implement safeguarding policies, oversee care plans, and mentor staff, with responsibility for floor coverage as needed.
The role requires a Registered General Nurse with a valid PIN, at least 2 years of leadership in a care home, and a Level 5 qualification (or working towards it).
37.5 hours per week | Up to £25.98 per hour

As a Clinical Lead Nurse with Hallmark Care Homes, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. From implementing rigorous safeguarding policies to overseeing care plans, your expertise will shape the delivery of compassionate and person‑centred care. You'll have the freedom to make critical clinical decisions, mentor and inspire our care team, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing floor coverage as needed.
