S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking a Clinical Lead (RGN) for an elderly care home in Bognor Regis. The role involves providing clinical leadership, overseeing care planning, medication, and risk management to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The successful candidate will have an RGN qualification with current NMC registration and at least 12 months in a senior nursing role within elderly care. Full-time hours; Monday to Friday 8am–4pm; salary £23/hour.

Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: £23.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have experience working as a Registered General Nurse ( RGN )

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead ( RGN ) to join an elderly care home in Bognor Regis. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, Arundel, Felpham, Selsey, Yapton, Barnham, and surrounding areas.

The home provides high-quality, person-centred care and support to older people, with a strong focus on maintaining excellent clinical standards and ensuring residents receive safe and effective care.

As Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams, helping to ensure high standards of care are consistently maintained. You will oversee care planning, medication, clinical documentation and risk management, while supporting staff and working alongside other healthcare professionals.

This role would suit an experienced RGN who is looking to take the next step in their career and enjoys providing clinical leadership within an elderly care setting.
