This comes with an hourly rate of 23.50 an hour (53,768 a year) working 44 hours per week, days and nights.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:

• Assess and supervise all aspects of client care needs, providing health supervision and direct nursing care.
• Evaluate social and healthcare needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessments for all clients.
• Ensure client care plans are completed and maintained in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Administer prescribed medications and document as per procedures.
• Maintain integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs.
• Supervise and instruct junior staff, offering guidance and support.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
