Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Clinical Lead Registered Nurse to head the nursing team and deliver tailored care plans for residents. You will deputise for the management team and work closely with local GPs and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent, person-centred care.

You will lead, support and inspire staff, maintaining high standards of clinical governance and ongoing development. This role emphasises compassionate leadership and clinical excellence in a senior nursing position.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NMC registered nursing qualification.
• Experience in writing comprehensive care plans.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment tools and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

Skills/Experience Required
