Care UK is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Lead in our elder care setting. You will lead the nursing team, deliver individual care plans and collaborate with GPs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse status or current registration.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment tools Waterlow and MUST.
• Experience writing comprehensive care plans.
• Experience in a clinical leadership role with staff management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team and deliver individual care plans.
• Deputise for the management team and collaborate with local GPs and healthcare professionals.
• Inspire and support team members to provide high-quality one-to-one care.
• Ensure care planning and clinical compliance are maintained.
