Job summary

Highgate Care is seeking a Clinical Lead for Beechwood Care Centre in Bridlington to provide strong clinical leadership and ensure outstanding nursing and dementia care in a safe, homely environment.

You will work with the Home Manager to promote best practice, mentor staff, and drive clinical governance and quality improvements to achieve excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and no restrictions on practice.
  • Experience in acute nursing or dementia settings is essential.
  • Experience leading, supervising or mentoring teams.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding resident-centred care.

  • Support the Home Manager in achieving regulatory compliance and quality standards.

About The Role

We’re currently looking for a Clinical Lead to join the team at Beechwood Care Centre in Bridlington. If you’re someone who naturally brings warmth, energy and creativity wherever you go, and you love the idea of making each day meaningful for our residents, this could be the perfect role for you.

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to provide visible clinical leadership across the community, ensuring residents receive outstanding nursing and dementia care in a safe, supportive and homely environment.

You will lead by example, supporting and developing colleagues whilst promoting best practice, clinical excellence and positive outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN with no restrictions on practice
  • Previous experience working within a Acute nursing setting or dementia settings is essential.
  • Experience of leading, supervising or mentoring teams.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding resident-centred care.
