Job summary

Alor Healthcare's Hillside Lodge Care Home in Berwick-upon-Tweed is seeking a Clinical Lead RN to provide day-to-day clinical leadership.

You will oversee medication management, care planning and maintain high standards of safe, person-centered care, mentoring staff and coordinating with the Home Manager.

This role is a part-time contract (33 hours/week) with paid DBS, pension, uniform and 5.6 weeks annual leave.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential.
• Previous nursing experience within a care home or similar healthcare environment is essential.
• Strong clinical knowledge with confidence supporting medication management, care planning and clinical decision making.

Clinical Lead Contract

• £24.00 per hour
• 33 hours per week , 1 Supernumary , 2 Clinical Shifts per week
• Paid DBS, pension and uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
