Job summary

Heidi is hiring a Clinical Associate in Customer Success to sit at the center of clinician adoption. You will ensure clinicians and healthcare organisations derive immediate value by embedding Heidi into day-to-day practice with precision and minimal friction.

This is a deeply operational, clinician-facing role. You will travel to customer sites, onboard and implement across enterprise deployments, and shape workflows to fit different specialties and settings.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement Heidi across enterprise deployments.
• Translate clinician workflows into Heidi usage and templates.
• Provide hands-on support during go-lives and adoption phases.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver training and support rollout.
