The role focuses on providing assurance to the Trust Board and regulators while engaging staff in governance and patient experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare governance or patient safety processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and circulate meeting agendas and minutes; track actions to closure.
• Support embedding governance processes across the division and engage staff.
• Act as a Datix champion to support incident and complaint learning and reporting.
