Job summary

Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT is seeking a Clinical Governance Coordinator to support the Division of Clinical Speciality Services. You will work with the Divisional SLT and Clinical Governance Lead to embed governance and patient experience improvements across the division.

You will ensure accurate meeting records, timely agendas, and action follow-ups while promoting Datix usage to strengthen governance and safety across services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical governance and patient experience.
• Experience in maintaining accurate confidential records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT/Clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical governance processes across the division.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings and circulate agendas and documents.
• Support learning from incidents and complaints and follow up actions.
• Champion the use of Datix to support governance agendas.
