Nuffield Health is seeking a Clinical Governance Lead for our Leicester Hospital. The role provides senior clinical leadership and governance across clinical care, working with senior leaders to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be a registered clinician with governance qualifications, demonstrate senior leadership experience, and be able to drive improvements in patient care, policy development, and accreditation activities.

Qualifications

• Registered clinician (NMC, HCPC or GPC) with degree/postgraduate level in a clinical discipline.
• Qualifications in organisational governance (e.g., ISO9001 Auditor).

Responsibilities

• Champion the organisation's brand values and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data quality and analytics to support quality learning and decision-making.
• Lead delivery of Quality Assurance and improvement activities across clinical care.
• Develop, review and oversee Clinical Policies and SOPs.
