There is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top-up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum. This will be in place until the 2025/26 pay uplift is confirmed.

The post involves working with the Head of Midwifery, the Senior Midwifery team, clinical leads, and the wider organization, ensuring seamless clinical governance pathways and high standards of care.
The post holder will lead the governance and risk agenda within maternity services, ensuring high standards of care, patient experience, and clinical effectiveness. They will oversee patient safety incidents and promote an honest and just culture with learning from incidents.
