This Clinical Fellow post offers the opportunity to develop clinical and research skills in Dermatology and is ideal for those pursuing higher specialist training in this field. Previous post holders have gained valuable experience, enhancing their CVs and leading to successful applications for higher specialist training.

The post is full-time and based in the Department of Dermatology at Poole Hospital. Responsibilities include providing clinical care for dermatology patients and engaging in a clinical research component for two days per week.

Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to a career in Dermatology and have prior dermatology experience.

1. Carry out dermatology outpatient clinics under supervision
2. Assess acute dermatology referrals on the ward and outpatient department
3. Develop skills in skin surgery
4. Collaborate with the dermatology research team
5. Work as part of a team of resident doctors
