Applications are invited for the position of Clinical Fellow in Neurosurgery – Complex Epilepsy, starting in Summer 2025.

This post offers a unique training opportunity suitable for a post-CCT Neurosurgery trainee wishing to pursue a focused one-year training in complex epilepsy, paving the way for a career in neurosurgery with a special interest in this area. The appointment is full-time.
The fellowship is expected to last 12 months, with potential for extension up to a second year.
The post holder will participate in epilepsy and neurosurgery clinics, responsible for seeing new and follow-up patients under supervision of an epilepsy Consultant. Involvement in multidisciplinary team and pre-surgical meetings is expected, including presenting patients and gaining experience in pre-surgical evaluation.
We welcome applications from candidates whose career development would benefit from an extended period of complex epilepsy experience at registrar level, including those with previous neurosurgery registrar experience.
