Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a technically skilled individual to maintain and repair medical devices across NHS facilities. The role involves keeping precise records and acting as the primary contact for clients within Clinical Engineering.

A logical, methodical approach and strong communication skills are essential. Based mainly at Wythenshawe Hospital or ORC, occasional work at other MFT sites is possible.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ3 or equivalent technical training/experience required.
• GCSEs (5) including English and Maths.
• Further qualification achieved or in progress is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair medical equipment to ensure reliability.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Serve as the face of Clinical Engineering when dealing with clients.
• Work both in teams and independently with good interpersonal communication.
• Experience with NHS workplace procedures is advantageous.
