Job summary

NHS Jobs in Dartford is seeking a Clinical Engineering Assistant (Store Person/Driver) to manage stores, record goods inwards and outwards using Trust bespoke software, and ensure stock levels are accurate for re-ordering.

You will take deliveries, check for damages, keep photographic records, update the computer system, and assist with CAFM system PPM Scheduler forecasts for asset collection and service readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and inventory management.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate Trust bespoke software for records and stock checks.

Responsibilities

• Record goods inwards/outwards and verify stock levels for re-ordering.
• Take deliveries and check for damages and quantity; keep photographic records.
• Update computer system to maintain accurate stock levels; store materials in warehouse.
• Deliver and collect materials/equipment to NHS sites and assist with stock checks as needed.
