Job Description:

The position involves working Monday to Friday, with varied daily tasks such as assisting in theatres, commissioning new equipment, and performing maintenance. You will work with a wide range of medical devices, receiving manufacturer and in-house training to develop your skills in commissioning, calibration, and repair.

We seek passionate individuals interested in medical equipment, patient safety, and engineering, with teamwork and a desire to learn. Candidates should have:

  • Engineering or Technology knowledge to SCQF Level 9
  • Postgraduate experience with medical equipment
  • Experience in service, repair, and fault diagnosis of medical devices
  • Understanding of clinical, scientific, and engineering principles of medical devices
  • Good organizational and communication skills
