Role Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Anaemia Business Manager to cover target hospitals and assist with switches from competitor products.
2. Provide product training and education for the IV therapeutic.
3. Consult with infusion nurses and key consultants in iron within secondary care.
4. Focus primarily on the South and South East Coast, where most accounts and business are located.
5. Support coverage across the East of England to assist other ABMs, though to a lesser extent.
6. Participate in all training provided to facilitate understanding and development within the role.

You:

• Ideal candidates include Nurses, Midwives, or Clinical Educators with a great personality, comfortable with demonstrations and education.
• Clinical IV experience, interest in education, customer and patient focus, professionalism, and a desire to enter the pharma industry are important.
• Ability to challenge the RBD and think creatively is valued.
• Willingness to adapt to a more commercial role while making a positive impact.
• Experience with Iron Deficiency is advantageous but not essential.
