Job Title: Clinical Educator

Work from home with some regional travel as required.

Contract: Fixed-Term, 12 Months | Full Time

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

As our Clinical Educator, you will deliver high-quality Nursing curricula tailored to RN's, HCAs, Nurse Associates, and pre-registration Nurses. You will support multidisciplinary programs that facilitate registration, such as Adaptation and Graduate Development Programs. You will play a key role in designing and delivering Nursing education, professional development activities, and ensuring excellent service and measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a subject matter expert in Nurse Education and Learning & Development, representing the Learning Foundation at meetings and events.
2. Design and deliver bespoke learning solutions using various methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, virtual classrooms, simulation, and coaching.
3. Provide guidance on learning solutions within your area of expertise, such as student placements, pre-registration education, and CPD activities.
4. Support the delivery of innovative clinical education programs that deliver value to the charity.
5. Ensure effective delivery of pre and post-registration Nurse education to meet workforce needs and provide a high-quality learner experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Degree or equivalent with experience in designing and delivering learning programs.
• Practice Assessor qualification.
• Post-registration qualification in clinical education (e.g., PG Cert) is desirable.
• Experience in learning design, delivery, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of accessible and inclusive learning practices.
• Proven ability to develop and evaluate learning strategies.
