Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Disability Assessor for Fareham. The role involves performing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) for clients on universal credit or employment support allowance, via phone and face-to-face, with strong emphasis on quality reporting.

Salary is £48,000 with a £1,000 rise after 12 months based on performance, and hybrid working from Mon-Fri. Training is provided and opportunities for progression are highlighted in the offer.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN, OT or Physio and registered with NMC/HCPC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to review medical evidence and write detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Work Capability Assessments (WCA) via phone and in person.
• Review medical evidence and draft DWP reports.
• Maintain quality-focused practice and contribute to patient care.
• Receive 12 weeks of paid training to onboard successfully.
