Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is hiring a WCA Clinical Assessor in Oxford to apply clinical expertise in work capability assessments. You will review medical evidence, conduct structured assessments, and produce objective reports to support DWP decisions.

The role offers hybrid working, full-time hours, and a robust training program with ongoing development. Applicants should be registered nurses or allied health professionals with 1+ year post-registration experience, HCPC or NMC registration, and

Qualifications

• Registration with NMC or HCPC where applicable.
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Work Capability Assessments (WCA) via telephone and face-to-face appointments.
• Assess how physical, cognitive and mental health conditions affect functional ability.
• Review medical evidence/medical history and document findings.
• Produce accurate, evidence-based medical reports for DWP.
