Practice: It is an RCVS Tier 2 accredited, VNTP, two-site small animal group practice.

Facilities: They're equipped with endoscopy, ultrasound, dental X-rays, full Idexx labs, and orthopaedic kit.

Role

They have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Director at Carmel Veterinary Centre. The role involves shaping the future of the practice, managing a varied caseload, mentoring colleagues, and setting clinical and professional objectives to ensure excellence in colleague, patient, and client care. You will undertake clinical duties including surgery and consultations, and contribute to the practice's growth alongside the senior leadership team. The position offers a balanced split between clinical and managerial responsibilities, with support for leadership and development certificates. The role is split between both sites.

Hours

They pride themselves on flexible rota patterns and working hours to support work-life balance. A full-time role typically involves 4 days per week, over 40 hours, with shifts from 8:30am to 6:30pm or 9:00am to 7:00pm. Saturday mornings are scheduled at 1:4, from 8:30am to 2:00pm. No OOH duties. The practice is closed on bank holidays and Sundays.
