Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking an experienced dietitian to be the clinical dietetic lead for Neurosciences, Spinal and Major Trauma. Based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, you will lead a team of specialist dietitians and deliver advanced neurosciences dietetics.

You will manage a shared caseload, provide expert nutrition support, and drive service development and quality improvement within the neurosciences dietetics service.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Dietetics and HCPC registered.
• Post-graduate clinical experience in nutrition support and acute rehabilitation.
• PVG Scheme membership required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of neurosciences inpatients across NHSGGC hospitals.
• Undertake advanced nutritional assessment and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Coordinate patient care across acute, rehabilitation and community settings.
