Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field (equivalent experience considered; PhD preferred).
• 3-5+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in diagnostic lab settings or customer development.
• Clinical/scientific background and experience in Health Economics and Market Access preferred.
• Proven track record in cross-functional healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for account profiling, targeting, and developing of healthcare providers within designated region
• Establish relationships with key customers from Laboratory Leadership, C-suite, and Clinical Leads
• Define business strategies aligned with License Partners and related activities on target accounts
• Gain agreement from key decision-makers for broad test utilization and hospital-wide protocol adoption
• Analyze account dynamics to understand customer objectives and clinical challenges
• Deliver education programs through 1:1 presentations and clinical sessions
• Cooperate with regional Scientific Liaisons and Marketing teams to provide clinical insights
• Represent Thermo Fisher at local, regional, national, and international meetings and events
• Be accountable to an annual operating growth plan and specific activity metrics
