Bupa's St Mark's Care Home in Maidenhead is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to oversee nursing care, develop and update care plans, and ensure appropriate staffing. You will guide the team in promoting independence and dignity, while building strong resident relationships and liaising with local partners to raise the home’s profile.
The role requires an NMC-registered nurse with leadership experience, and offers a salary up to £56,035, with a welcome bonus and permanent contract.
Salary Up to £56,035 per annum- Depending on experience. Permanent - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required. Welcome Bonus- £2000*.
