We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK provider of complex care for an experienced Clinical Skills Trainer to join their growing team across Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically experienced nurse looking to take their career in a new direction — combining your hands‑on clinical expertise with training, education and professional development.
You’ll be working alongside experienced clinical and learning & development leaders, helping to ensure staff across a range of complex care services have the knowledge, skills and confidence required to provide safe, high‑quality care.
You’ll have a high level of autonomy in the role, managing your own schedule while working closely with the wider clinical and training teams.
