KM Education Recruitment Limited is seeking a Clinical Care Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) to work home/field based with UK travel. Salary £32,000–£36,000 depending on experience and skills.

The role includes assessing learners, supporting functional skills, and managing scheduling and documentation. Requires nursing qualification, ICT skills, driving licence, and willingness to travel and work remotely.

Qualifications

• Must have solid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare, as a Clinical Professional or Registered Nurse.
• Must hold a recognised nursing qualification (NMC/RGN).
• Good ICT skills are required.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible with travel and remote home working.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare and Adult Health and Social Care.
• Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
• Meet KPI targets for visits, recruitment, and quality paperwork.

Essential Criteria:

• Must holdsolid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare, as a Clinical Professional or Registered Nurse (Hospital / Clinical / Private Medical environments).
• Must hold a recognised qualification within Nursing e.g. Nursing Degree / NMC / RGN.
• Must have a good level of ICTskills.
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.

Duties include:

• Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare (Senior / Health Care Support Worker) and Adult Health and Social Care (Adult Care Worker / Leader in Adult Care).
• Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
