Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Care Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) to work Home/Field based with travel across the region.

Salary £32,000–£36,000 with excellent benefits package, pension, expenses and more. You will assess learners for Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare and Adult Health and Social Care, and support Maths and English to level 2.

The role requires a Nursing qualification, ICT skills, a full driving licence, and flexibility for travel and remote working.

Qualifications

Must have solid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare as a Clinical Professional or Registered Nurse.
Must hold a recognised Nursing qualification (Nursing Degree / NMC / RGN).
Good level of ICT skills required.
Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexible with travel and remote home working.

Responsibilities

Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare and Adult Health and Social Care.
Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
Manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to learner needs.
Meet KPI targets for visits, recruitment, paperwork and administration.
