Job summary

KM Education Recruitment Ltd seeks a Clinical Care Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) to train and assess learners in Clinical Healthcare and Adults' care. Role involves home/field work with travel, delivering sessions, and supporting learners to achieve functional skills.

Travel and remote/home working are integral, with a strong focus on diary management, documentation, and KPI achievement. Driving licence and ICT proficiency are essential assets for success.

Qualifications

• Must have solid occupational experience within Clinical Healthcare as a Clinical Professional or Registered Nurse.
• Must hold a recognised Nursing qualification (Nursing Degree, NMC or RGN).
• Must have a good level of ICT skills.
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support learners pursuing Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare and Adult Health and Social Care.
• Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Managing your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria

• Must hold a recognised qualification within Nursing e.g. Nursing Degree / NMC / RGN.
• Must have a good level of ICT skills.

Duties include

• Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare (Senior / Health Care Support Worker) and Adult Health and Social Care (Adult Care Worker / Leader in Adult Care).
• Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
