Rate of Pay: £15/h

Shifts: 7-7; Between Monday - Sunday; 3-4 shifts per week

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support an adult with complex needs in a home/residential setting. This is a fulfilling and dynamic role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and build a meaningful care relationship.

• Weekly Pay - PAYE or Umbrella
• Holiday Pay (PAYE)
• Ongoing support from our Nurse Care Manager and Registered Manager
• Free clinical and theory training from experienced nurses
• Refer a Friend scheme (T&Cs apply)

Key responsibilities may include:

• Clinical Tasks - Tracheostomy and Ventilator care

• Spinal Cord Injury care and support
• Personal and pressure area care
• Supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

You’ll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.
