Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Clinical Assessors in Swindon to use your clinical knowledge to assess how health conditions affect daily life, delivering clear, evidence-based reports. The role offers hybrid working and sociable hours, with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule.

We welcome Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists with active registration (NMC/HCPC/GPhC), at least one year of post‑registration experience, strong communication and

Qualifications

• Active professional registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
• At least one year of post-registration adult clinical experience.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Confidence analysing clinical information and making evidence-based decisions.
• Good IT skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fully paid training provided for those new to Clinical Assessor roles.

Responsabilités

• Conduct structured telephone, video and/or face-to-face assessments.
• Review medical evidence and clinical information to support reports.
• Explore how health conditions affect daily activities and functional ability.
• Apply clinical reasoning and professional judgement in assessments.
• Produce clear, objective and evidence-based reports.
