Job summary

Everpool Recruitment seeks Adult Clinical Assessors to support DWP assessments across England, reviewing medical evidence and evaluating how conditions impact daily life and function. Reports are evidence-based and prepared from telephone or face-to-face assessments within a hybrid setup.

No prior assessor experience is required as full training is provided; roles suit RNs, OTs and PTs with registration. Hybrid roles, 9–5, with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's post-registration experience in an adult clinical setting.
• Active NMC or HCPC registration.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Good IT and report-writing ability.
• Confidence analysing clinical information and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments.
• Explore how health conditions and disabilities affect functional ability.
• Review medical evidence and supporting information.
• Apply your clinical knowledge and professional judgement.
• Produce accurate, objective and evidence-based reports for the DWP.
