We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Administrator to join the Substance Misuse Service team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of substance misuse treatment protocols, as well as excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial screenings and assessments of individuals seeking substance misuse services.
• Collecting and maintaining accurate and confidential patient information in compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
• Ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals regarding appointment details.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing staff training on compliance-related matters.
• Coordinating the ordering and maintenance of supplies necessary for the provision of substance misuse services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration, preferably within a substance misuse or addiction treatment setting.
• Knowledge of substance misuse treatment protocols and related regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
