Job Description

We are recruiting an Occupational Health Clinical Admin Assistant to assist the Practice Manager to manage, process & protect all medical data by adhering to the Date Protection Act and GDPR.

This position is a remote, home-based role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

The perfect candidate should possess experience in occupational health administration, demonstrate a willingness to assist in changing and enhancing processes, and maintain a professional and confidential approach.

Responsibilities

Deal with all information in a confidential manner whether this be by email letter or phone call.

Process Health referrals received ensuring accurate matching within medical database.

Scan/attached data into the medical database.

Maintain the medical archive as per policy/ process.

To maintain file request from solicitors and employees upon authorisation of the clinical team and legal and insurance teams.

Raise purchase orders

Process payments for treatment providers.

Skills And Qualifications

Work under pressure while prioritizing workloads.

Be accommodating to regular changes.

Computer literate.

Competent Excel user.
