Job summary

NSFT in Norwich is recruiting a Band 3 Clinical Administrator to support Adult Community Services. The role requires on-site presence, handling data entry and KPI interpretation, and daily use of Excel and MS packages.

You will work with clinical teams, service users and families, delivering excellent customer service with confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry and interpretation with awareness of KPIs.
  • Attention to detail and daily use of Excel and MS packages.
  • Teamwork skills and commitment to positive service user experience.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills with confidentiality.
  • Experience with Trust IT systems is beneficial; full training provided.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of administration duties to support clinical teams.
  • Enter and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Handle calls and liaise face-to-face with service users and colleagues.
  • Utilise the Trust’s EPR and other IT systems as required.

Job description

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Administrator to support our clinical community teams within the Adult Community Services in Norwich. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams, service users and their families.

This role requires regular on-site presence at our designated base location to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate experience in data entry and interpretation with an awareness of key performance indicators. Attention to detail and daily use of Excel and other MS packages will also be expected of the successful candidate.

In addition to the above you will demonstrate team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience. The role will also include call handling and face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with experience of and a dedication to confidentiality.

You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust’s EPR.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided. Experience of Microsoft packages is ideal in the successful candidate.
