Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd is seeking a reliable Clinical Admin Assistant to support a healthcare site in Hayle. The role runs three days a week (Mon, Thu, Fri) with hours 9am–4pm and an immediate start.

Up to two months with potential extension, paying £14.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have an Enhanced DBS for both Adult and Child Workforce and demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

Qualifications

• An Enhanced DBS covering both the Adult and Child Workforce is essential to already have.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive approach to work.
• Experience in administration, marketing or as a Teaching Assistant would be beneficial, though direct administrative experience is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Printing and preparing documents.
• Collating and organising files into folders.
• Scanning patient notes and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing general administrative support to the team.
• Helping ensure documentation is organised and readily accessible.
