Newcross Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in Hayle, Cornwall. You will provide essential in-home care, assisting with daily activities and mobility while coordinating with nurses and GPs to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC is not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Values of empathy, integrity, respect and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.
• Support moving and handling and personal care when required.
• Help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing at all times.
