Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Limited is recruiting Community Healthcare Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Redruth and wider Cornwall. The role requires prior healthcare assistant experience and a caring, professional approach. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for community visits.

Shifts include 7:00am–2:00pm and 4:00pm–10:00pm, with competitive hourly pay and weekly PAYE. Mileage is paid and DBS is enhanced.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and providing medication prompts
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independence, wellbeing and quality of life within the community
• Travelling between clients' homes throughout your shift
• Ongoing opportunities with a supportive team
• Enhanced DBS

Cornwall Staff Agency are recruiting for Community Healthcare Assistants to support clients in their own homes with their day-to-day routines. You will need to have experience within Care and Support and be able to provide reliable, high-quality care to our clients.

We are currently recruiting in the Redruth area, but we also have clients across Cornwall and into Devon who are looking for your support.

What You'll Receive

• Competitive hourly pay from £13.75–£14.50

Available Shifts

7:00am – 2:00pm
4:00pm – 10:00pm

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is essential
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as this is a community-based role

Shifts are available seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to work around your availability.

Your Responsibilities
