Job summary

Medinet Group is seeking a proactive Clinic Coordinator to join the Group Operations team in the UK. This full-time role involves coordinating clinical teams across Minds, Insourcing and Community services, ensuring staffing ahead of clinics and facilitating admin work throughout the service lifecycle.

You will work with Consultants, Nurses and other healthcare professionals, NHS stakeholders and customers to deliver responsive, high-quality clinical services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical teams across Minds, Insourcing and Community services according to business requirements.
• Ensure contracts are appropriately resourced and clinical teams are placed in a timely manner, ideally up to 12 weeks ahead.
• Schedule clinical teams for upcoming clinics, assessments and virtual services.
• Monitor resourcing levels and identify gaps or risks.
• Support clinician engagement and recruitment to build a workforce pipeline.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and service launches.
• Assist with clinic administration and reporting.
