Job summary

The IVF Guide is seeking a highly motivated Business and Operations Manager for our clinics in the United Kingdom. This full-time, on-site role requires travel and will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative and support staff, and ensuring smooth business performance across multiple clinics.

You will develop strategies, monitor budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians, marketing, and suppliers to drive growth and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Proven budget management and financial target achievement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
