Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, you'll be an integral part of the Clinical Management Team, acting as an ambassador for the company with responsibility for daily operations and service delivery, ensuring quality outcomes and financial performance.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you are expected to provide the highest standard of care to both self-pay and private medical insured patients, following established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.

You will drive team performance through direct line management of practitioners and support staff, maintaining standards aligned with company objectives.

CLINICAL MANAGEMENT

• Maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 85-90%)
• Oversee clinic performance and optimization
• Increase revenue through service channels, partnerships, and networking
• Ensure team compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, preparing the clinic for audits year-round
• Work to continually improve clinic standards
• Handle clinical complaints or issues as the first point of contact
• Consistently deliver quality product and customer experience
• Adhere to local health and safety regulations
• Maintain technical equipment and monitor stock levels
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff, evaluating performance regularly
• Proficiency in managing budgets

COMMERCIAL & TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Oversee daily team operations
• Manage team performance against KPIs with regular reviews
• Report on performance trends to management
• Evaluate and improve local operations and financial results
• Oversee inductions and training for new staff
• Identify marketing and partnership opportunities to attract new clients and referrals

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree (minimum)
• Full registration with the HCPC and CSP
• Ability to work independently following clinical pathways
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
• Previous managerial experience or similar
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

DESIRABLE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in generating new business and managing own caseload
• Experience in private healthcare sector
• Over 3 years of postgraduate clinical experience
