1# About the Role

Thérapie Clinic is the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Leicester Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinic’s future while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service.

We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.

3# Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
  • Ensure all team members deliver a 5-star service to customers at all times.
  • Ensure all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Conduct weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
  • Complete weekly reporting on operations and commercial targets.
  • Manage employee relations, including probation, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Manage staff rostering and annual leave.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
4# Qualifications and Skills
  • Management or supervision experience.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail skills.
  • Mentoring abilities.
  • Customer service experience.
