Laser Clinics United Kingdom is seeking a Clinic Manager in Solihull to lead operations, empower your team, and deliver outstanding client experiences in a dynamic aesthetics setting.

You will oversee rosters, HR processes, financials, and ensure clinical excellence while driving growth and memorable customer journeys. This role offers variety, leadership development, and impact within a global leader in aesthetics.

Qualificações

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy.
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others' success.
• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with impact to exceed KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance revenue; manage rosters, ensure compliance, and uphold high clinical standards.
• Provide results-driven aesthetic services and customer experiences across laser hair removal, facials, skin treatments, and hydrOJelly masks.
