Job summary

Optical Express in Glasgow City Centre is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our high-performance clinic, delivering outstanding patient care and commercial results. You will oversee daily operations, develop the team, optimise workflows, and promote laser eye and lens replacement services.

Qualifications

• Strong management experience within Optical, healthcare or premium retail settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop teams to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the clinic's commercial performance and professional standards.
• Manage the clinic diary and daily operations with rigour.
• Provide clear daily expectations and maintain the clinic's image to a high standard.
• Recruit, induct and coach team members to ensure knowledge and competence.
• Advise patients on the most suitable treatment options and guide decision making.
• Promote laser eye and lens replacement services to patients.
